James Cain and Maurice Cococcia each have over 20 years experience in property and major capital works in both the public and private sectors.

M21 Advisory is a management consulting and professional advisory business operating in the Property and Infrastructure sectors. We are focused on applying our experience and knowledge to enable our clients  to make the most informed strategic decisions in complex and demanding situations. In 2006 James established M21 and in 2014 he joined with Maurice to form M21 Advisory.

James Cain

James Cain has over 25 years experience as an executive and advisor in property, infrastructure and major capital works in both the public and private sectors. Since 2006 he has worked a commercial, property and infrastructure development advisor serving a diverse range of clients in the Government and corporate sectors. Prior to 2006, James worked in senior executive roles with Lend Lease and as executive director of the Victorian Government’s primary capital works agency Major Projects Victoria.

Maurice Cococcia

Maurice Cococcia has extensive local and international experience in the property industry with a career spanning 25 years. As a director of M21 Advisory Pty Ltd he provides a range of management services to organisations focused on the real estate sector. He has previously held executive management positions within a publicly listed real estate development and construction company including responsibility for strategic direction, portfolio management, securing capital, new business generation and operational and delivery aspects.
